Progress Residential Named Global Candidate Experience Award Winner for Third Consecutive Year in 2023

Prominent Provider of Single-Family Rental Homes Recognized for Excellence in Paramount Study Across Industries

 

Scottsdale, AZ, Nov. 17, 2023 – Progress Residential, the nation’s leading single-family rental (SFR) management services platform, was unveiled as a 2023 Global Candidate Experience (CandE) Award Winner for the third year. The study used by the CandE Awards is considered the largest of its kind, collecting the thoughts and experiences of nearly 240,000 job candidates and evaluating responses from almost 1,500 global employers.

 

Talent Board selected Progress Residential among 60 companies worldwide, registered to participate in the 2023 Global (CandE) Awards Benchmark Research Program. Progress Residential focuses on improving operational efficiencies to enhance overall experiences through a technology innovation lens – motivated by the excitement of disrupting the real estate industry to drive their business to win and grow.

Each winner was identified through extensive data analysis based on job candidates’ satisfaction survey scores. To qualify, each organization committed to a statistically significant candidate response rate, where the proportion of respondents who were not hired met or exceeded a set standard. The final analysis included four key questions that had a significant impact on determining the winners:

 

  1.  Overall Rating: The overall candidate experience rating per those candidates surveyed;
  2.  Apply Again Rating: Whether or not the candidates would reapply to the organization;
  3.  Refer Others Rating: Whether or not the candidates would refer other job seekers to the organization; and
  4.  Relationship Rating: How the candidates would change their business relationship status with the organization going forward based on their experience.
